From 30 May 2024, the menu at Bistrot de L'Auberge will feature...

Bistro Menu - 3 courses at €38.50

Appetisers: spreads from our Boutique  

Starters:   

Fresh cream of Bouchot mussel soup, mussel tartlet and fennel bulb shavings

OR

Multicoloured tomato tartare,  île flottante with basil, garlic croutons and gazpacho

OR

A macaron of duck foie gras (France) with apple and morello cherry marmalade

OR

Bresse salad: chicken livers flambéed in Cognac and smoked duck breast from the south-west of France

or

Southern salad: confit vegetables, green salad and marinated fresh goat's cheese

Main courses:       

Small spelt risotto with Parmesan, oven-roasted French medallion of veal and confit tomatoes on the vine

OR

Pan-seared steak of Breton hake, aubergine caviar, courgettes glazed with rock fish jus and chickpea flour fries

OR

Bresse chicken (+€5) with cream and morel mushrooms and potato Parmentier pancakes
