Christophe selects a particular product and transforms it to create his menu of the moment. Depending on what is in season, what you fancy and when it arrives, tantalise your taste buds with tomatoes, artichokes, asparagus, morel mushrooms, spinach and more. Monkfish, langoustine and veal offer a myriad of possibilities. And to showcase this range of simple, authentic produce, the restaurant's menu changes every fortnight.
